  • This easy, homemade dressing comes together in minutes with simple ingredients and adds fresh Mediterranean flavor to everyday meals.

What Makes It So Flavorful?

Fresh lemon juice adds brightness, garlic and Dijon bring savory depth, and parsley, dill, and oregano create a fragrant Greek-inspired finish.

Helpful Tips

  • Finely chop the fresh herbs and whisk the dressing well before serving. For the best flavor, let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the garlic and herbs can infuse the olive oil.
