QUICK RECIPE OVERVIEW

Why you’ll love it

  • A flavorful sauce that makes it easy to turn whatever vegetables and proteins you have on hand into a delicious meal. Its lighter consistency coats stir-fried ingredients without becoming too thick or sticky.

What Makes It So Flavorful?

Fresh garlic takes center stage, balanced by the sweetness of honey and savory depth of tamari. Rice vinegar cuts through the sweetness, while toasted sesame oil adds a subtle richness.

Helpful Tips

  • Add Sauce at the End: Stir into cooked vegetables and proteins during the final 1–2 minutes to coat evenly without overcooking.

  • Keep Vegetables Crisp: Cook vegetables over medium-high heat before adding the sauce to preserve their texture.

  • Adjust the Sweetness: Start with 2 tablespoons honey and increase to 3 tablespoons for a sweeter sauce.

  • Meal Prep & Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight glass jar for up to 5 days. Stir well and gently reheat before using.
